WATCH: Rowing Team Goes Nude To Battle Homophobia (NSFW)

For the past four years, the men of Englands Warwick University have released a promotional -- and very naked -- calendar in an effort to raise money for an incredible cause.

Telling the world that they are "proudly getting naked for club and community since 2009 ," the initiative behind the rowing club's 2014 calendar is one that will hit close to home for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people around the world: battling homophobia and bullying in schools .

The group's efforts occur through Sports Allies, a program that is reportedly

...dedicated to challenging homophobia among young people. The rowers are predominantly straight men who have welcomed and embraced the fantastic support they have had from the gay community for their fundraising efforts. Sport Allies is their way of honoring that support and giving something back. The rowers will share with young people their own experience of learning to understand the challenges that others face, simply on the grounds of their sexuality, and how this has changed these athletes both as individuals and as a team.

Check out the preview clip above and some images from the Warwick Rowers 2014 Calendar below. Looking to purchase the calendar and support a great cause? Be sure to visit the Warwick Rowers' online shop .
