Willow Smith Braided Hair: Singer Debuts Plaited Extensions (PHOTO)

Braids are continuing their comeback ! Beyonce, Solange Knowles and "Basketball Wives" star Shaunie O'Neal have all recently been spotted rocking plaits and now Willow Smith has adopted the 'do with a full head of hair extensions.

The 11-year-old "I Am Me " singer debuted the new style in Los Angeles on Monday. The twisted coiffe is definitely a better style statement then the tongue ring pic she tweeted earlier this summer.

However, Willow's hair seems to be her favorite form of expression. We've seen the star shave her head , dye her hair green , yellow and red . With that said, these plaits may be the most conventional hairstyle we've seen on Willow in a while.

Plus, the new 'do will certainly help Willow get back to whipping her hair back and forth!
