Marcy Goldman

Marcy Goldman is a master baker and pastry chef, cookbook author and food journalist. A graduate in English Literature from McGill University, she holds her professional pastry and baking diploma from the prestigious lHotellerie et Tourisme du Quebec in Montreal.
