The former GOP presidential candidate was diagnosed with COVID-19 soon after attending a Trump rally in Oklahoma. He later died.
The former presidential candidate died of the virus in July, but his family continues to tweet conspiracy theories from his account.
Twitter users were understandably freaked out.
WHAT'S HAPPENING
Michael Steele, former head of the Republican National Committee, remembered his friend Herman Cain and urged people to take the coronavirus seriously.
"Live in that bubble and you will die in that bubble," Michael Steele warned coronavirus skeptics.
The Tea Party activist had been hospitalized for one month after being diagnosed with COVID-19.
The former Republican presidential candidate and Trump campaign surrogate is "being treated with oxygen for his lungs," his team said.
Cain was diagnosed just over a week after he appeared at Trump's campaign rally in Tulsa.
"They were humor columns, but some of them weren't funny and so I am apologetic," the president's Federal Reserve Board pick said.
