Danelo Cavalcante, who has been on the run since Thursday, escaped the Chester County Prison the same way that another inmate did earlier this year.
Stillwater prison said the situation was "resolved without incident." Advocates said the inmate action was an impromptu response to unsafe conditions.
Danelo Cavalcante was seen on cameras at around 12:30 a.m. Saturday in Pocopson Township, roughly 1.5 miles from the prison.
