If you thought wrinkles and a spare tire were the worst parts about aging, you’re wrong. Just ask Ricky Gervais. The 55-year-old comedian joined late show host Jimmy Fallon Monday night during a segment called “Random People, Random Questions” during which they fielded questions from fans outside the studio.
“What is the worst thing about getting older?” one woman asked Gervais.
“Bit cheeky, isn’t it?” Gervais retorted.
“I don’t know where to start,” he joked. “I’ve got a stiff back and stiff legs. I’m losing the hair.”
The funnyman talked about how every morning begins with the realization that he “didn’t die” overnight. “It’s all bad,” he said.
And then we nearly spit out our drinks when Gervais summed up in two words the absolute most horrific thing about aging he’s experienced: “Pendulous testicles.”
Apparently, they swing and they float pretty well, too.
If that weren’t graphic enough, Gervais went one step further and painted a pretty vivid picture, as Fallon went from falling over laughing to covering his face in embarrassment.
“They look like a couple of little hot hair balloons taking off from the forest,” he said.
We can’t deal. Thanks for that Ricky.
